Website Down Help

If you are unable to access your website then that doesn’t mean that it is broken. There are several things that you can do to make sure that your browser isn’t causing the issue.

1.Refresh

Often a website could appear to be down due to a lack of internet connection. Your first port of call should be to refresh the page and check to see if it loads on your mobile 4G network. If it does then the problem lies with your internet connection.

If this is the case, please reset your router.

2.Try loading the site on an incognito window

If the website loads on an incognito. If it loads then there is a problem with your cache and you should do the next step.

3.Clear your cache

Website caching can often cause problems. In order to speed up browsing, your browser will save a version of the web page to your computer so it loads faster later. If the saved version is corrupted then this may make it appear to be down. This problem often arises during DNS switches and new site propagation.

Please clear your cache and try again. Your cache can be found in your search history.
